Seller is AMAZING! Ordered a GBC + IPS and the shell had a slight crack in it. I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement out along with a return label allowing me to continue to play the device while waiting for the replacement. Replacement arrived perfect and shipped the damaged shell back for them to throw the guts into a replacement housing. Shipped quick packed well
