Fucare Bike was great to deal with! They promptly responded to questions, great support, shipped out the bikes fast too. The Starrun 20" bike arrived without damage, set up was easy, everything worked as it should. The bikes are built good, paint coverage good, fasteners were all tight, tires seem good quality. We are happy with our purchase. We took them camping with us and they worked great! They are heavy to load (2 people), and don't sit stable when folded, will need to be tied down.

The bike assembly went great, the first ride was fantastic. Charging of the battery was 4,1/2 hrs. However after my 26 mi. ride and back at the house, I put down the stand down but something was missing. The end of the stand had fallen off somewhere on the trail. So, do you carrie this part ?

Super Fast delivery, ordered on Thursday 02/29 and received it on Saturday 03/02. Excellent packaging and all items were in the box and not a scratch on it. It was approximately 90% assembled. No directions on how to assemble out of the box and it was mostly self explanatory. The most difficult to assemble was the wheel reflectors. Awesome communications and they replied to any of my questions within a short amount of time. E-bike was as described and beautiful. Highly Recommended Vendor!
