The bike is generally pretty good for the price. The suspension is pretty poor. I weigh 180 and I can hardly compress the springs at all. The battery has a 10cent on/off switch instead of a key operated switch it should have. The rear shocks have fake gas shock add ons instead of adjustable spring tension. The packaging was very good and the bike arrived in undamaged condition.

ebike arrived on time and only had some light abrasions on fender and display and bike is unbelievably comfortable with the front and rear shocks working in unison to smooth out all bumps to make your traveling a breeze!Extremely happy with.my purchase and would recommend this seller and ebike to anyone who is looking for a can t beat the price for the features and quality of this product!

No directions on how to assemble out of the box and it was mostly self explanatory. The most difficult to assemble was the wheel reflectors. Awesome communications and they replied to any of my questions within a short amount of time. E-bike was as described and beautiful. Highly Recommended Vendor!

Phenomenal service. I ordered two Libra E bikes around 11:00 pm Oct. 24th and went to bed. Woke up at 5:00 am and there was a Email from fucare-direct indicating the bikes were shipped with tracking numbers. Recieved the bikes early afternoon on the 27th. You couldn't ask for better service. There was a discrepancy with the brakes in the product description but this was quickly resolved. Communications were excellent so fucare-direct has earned my trust and five stars.

I am very happy with my new Fucare Libra. It is really fun to ride, and the style is awesome. The bike arrived a day early and was well packaged. Assembly took just part of an afternoon after reading all the instructions and reviewing the company’s online video. Follow up with the company has been great as well. They have quickly replied to my questions and have excellent customer service. The bike has lots of power, even on hills. Battery life is excellent. Very glad to have chosen this bike!
