Laptop got here intact and despite the box looking a little worse for wear was packaged very well and protected by a lot of bubble wrap. There was a mix up and the charger that was supposed to come with it wasn’t in the box. I contacted the seller to let them know and asked if it could be sent and they were very professional and got the charger out ASAP. The laptop is working great and is in good condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you so much!
