Item was shipped quickly, but arrived damaged. The handle had been sheared off in shipping, but the main umbrella portion was fine. It is still unclear how the package was shipped. I mostly needed the main portion and sent pictures to the seller explaining that I did not mind keeping what I received. They mentioned a partial refund, but never seemed to go through the process after a couple of weeks. Maybe umbrellas without handles would ship OK, but caution is warranted for one with a handle.
