FRAUD! Refused refund saying it was already shipped, then used a tracking number for another sale. It says delivered, but it wasn't to me or my package! Too small! FedEx takes pictures!...thank God!

I placed the order. A shipping notification was sent to me with tracking a few days later. It turned out that the item wasn't for me but used my address. The seller kept emailing me and asked if I would like a refund. If he or she can't ship the item, why s/he need to ask me if I need a refund? After over a week, the seller finally informed me that the shipped item wasn't for me. Abysmal communication. It wasted a lot of my time.
