When it arrived, it looked to be in good condition. After use, it was overheating and shutting down. I contacted the seller with no response as of yet. I was however after turning off the turbo feature in the bios and reducing the optimal setting of 100% down to 90%, it stopped overheating. This is the 2nd I7 Dell laptop with overheating issues. I hadn't used Dell laptops before, this seems to be a problem with them.
