The seller said no returns, but did not mention anything about no refunds in case something was wrong. It should have raised a red flag. When picture in listing only showed very little of the screen and a very odd angle of it it arrived busted. I contacted the seller. , he told me he didn’t know what to do. He told me to contact Ebay I contacted Ebay they sent him a request for a partial refund of $900 he said he would send me 300 the TV was$1,882 no reply back from him
