When the seller told me brand new, they meant it. On top of that I got it earlier than anticipated extremely happy about that. Packed with care, maybe they want me anything to anyone but it means something to me when you take time to pack her item before you ship it to the buyer. To me it's just a courtesy I like it anyway when I purchase my phones if and when I buy another one which will probably be next month it would be from the seller.
