The item came yesterday, sooner than expected and works just as designed. I have an older MB that still works - have had it for years - but wanted to have an extra for the inevitable day it resigns. I received the toilet seat last week in a box from Walmart, sealed with Walmart tape.
I did not open the box but notified you and the seller that I tried to cancel that order two days after ordering. No one has replied. The box is still sealed.I have asked for a prepaid shipping label to return the box or drop it off at my local walmart super center.
Now I get a notice that they delivered the seat today, but there is nothing in my carport or by the unused front door.
