Was offered partial refund - difference in price between what I paid and what seller advertises as 'like new'. Was not offered 'New' replacement and accepted partial refund as needed phone urgently. Don't know if this was a genuine mistake or seller no longer had phones in original packaging?

Tried a return, but they stopped responding. Getting eBay to step in now. Very unfortunate.
Phone was advertised as new but just came in an envelope and was faulty. I have doubts about this seller.
