The item was sort of exactly as described but not so, it ended up having a scratch toward the bottom of the phone that was deep. Although I was not super satisfied. Maybe for others it may have been ok. But the item said excellent condition and I expected no scratches. Although the purchase did not work out for me, the seller DID refund my money promptly without issue. And I am thankful. Thank you. And for that I am leaving a positive review as that is still very good customer service.

I can’t say enough about this seller, I ordered the phone on a Monday night and got it delivered ahead of time on that Wednesday night.
The product was just as advertised, and it was packaged better than from the factory.
