The seller or the warehouse sent the wrong items. They sent two 44 quart boxes rather than three 32 quart boxes. The seller offered to resolve the matter with a partial refund of 50% of the original cost. The refund amount was promptly sent back. I am satisfied with speed and resolution of the mixed up boxes. It arrived broken. Did the EBay talk to seller. This could have worked better. They didn’t make me go through that pain in the butt send it back. They had me close the order. Then they sent another product. I had a total of three messages. Because I didn’t know how to cancel the order or why. But that’s what they had me do. I believe they had already resent the product just from the photo’s. I will save this seller. I would use them again! Thanks
