I purchased a tripod, described as a very high-quality tripod. Instead, I received a miniature ball head that weighs 32 grams which I would not pay $5 for. If they ever made a miniature 6-inch-tall tripod for a Barbi doll this ball head would be a match for that 6-inch tripod. Tracking information indicated my purchase reached the local post office 2 days ago and tracking says I received my item. Based on the quality of the ball head I expect the tripod, if I ever receive it will be garbage.

We are shocked that you received 2 Ball Head and leave a bad review. What you purchased is a used CS80C tripod, which is out of stock in Shenzhen warehouse, so we sent it from the US warehouse. You are a new customer, so we gave away a free mini ball head as a gift and wrote an email to tell you. But you ignore the email And think ARTCISE Is A liar, and give a bad review. The day after you leave a bad review, the logistics show you have received the CS80C tripod.
