I purchased (2) 24QT milk crates from the seller on the 9th. It took until the 13th for the seller to ship. I received one crate, but it was a 16QT and not a 24QT, I never received the other crate. I contacted the seller that one was wrong, and the other was missing. The seller wouldn't acknowledge that the one I received was not what I ordered and only offered a partial refund on the one that was missing. Tried explaining it 3 times, sent pictures, in the end I contacted eBay for a refund.
