The main grading concern are the staples are disconnected from the cover. At first, this was disconcerting because I thought it could be construed as a detached cover, but again, the comic itself is solid, and this appears to be a "staples" issue, not a cover issue, for a nearly 80 year old comic. I think, though not certain of course, CGC would place this at a 2.0 with both staples being detached from cover. It would be higher, about 3.0-3.5, if it weren't for the staples detachment. Comic displays no fragility, and turning pages is relatively easy.”
