SUPERMAN '78 SHOULD TOTALLY BE THE NEXT DC ANIMATED MOVIE! ...AND LEE WEEKS SHOULD'VE DRAWN THIS ENTIRE BOOK!
LOVED this! Huge Superman/Christopher Reeves fan! What's here is very cool! But there's just a few things I wanted for this to be 5 STARS! LEE WEEKS, an amazing comic book cover artist, should've drawn this entire book! I also wanted this book to spend way more time and energy on the Superman/Lois Lane love story angle. (Ironically, Lee Weeks draws an amazing comic book variant cover inside this book that cinematically visually nails their romance perfectly.) I also wanted this book to be longer, especially the alien robots landing in Metropolis scenes and the Superman saving Metropolis scenes! Wanted there to be way more property damage and more scenes of Lois Lane being in danger and Superman rescuing her. Still, Superman '78 rocks! PLEASE MAKE SUPERMAN '78 A REGULAR MONTHLY SERIES WITH ... LOVED this! Huge Superman/Christopher Reeves fan! What's here is very cool! But there's just a few things I wanted for this to be 5 STARS!
