    Same great flavor

    I had used this product quite a few years ago. To me the chocolate Optifast still has a good flavor. Easy to mix with crushed ice, water, shake and drink. It keeps me satisfied for up to 3 hours.

    it works!

    Lost about 35lbs previously and now after having a baby i'm using it again. It really works. And its easy when you dont have time to cook, just make a shake! I like to mix it up with the chicken soup and some bars. And yes occasionally i do enjoy a meal out with the family. I have tried a few other types of shakes but for me this is the only one that works. I prefer the chocolate.

    Great product

    Good product - tastes great and is great for weight loss, but make sure to coordinate with your doctor! I have used the product about 10 years ago with great success. Now I am trying it again. It is still the same product it was a decade ago and I am delighted that it did not change. This is a MUCH better product than what you can buy in the store, as it has all the right balance of protein and nutrients for you.

    This is a smooth and easy to drink meal supplement.

    I use this as a daily breakfast and occasional meal replacement. I have problems with food staying down and this is the answer to getting the nutritional needs met. I can not take the regular meal replacement drinks. My body rejects them.
