On time Delivery, product was as described. Looked almost like new except for one tiny scratch. At first we thought we could only get it up to 11 mph, but after reading the manual online my husband figured out how to reach another mode and has gotten it up to 17 mph which is beyond the 15 mph I believe stated in the description and he's a large 220lb man. We are very happy

I had to return it. As of the third day I owned it there began to be an error message that was linked to the external battery. No amount of trouble shooting would make the error go away and it made a constant high pitched beeping sound while the error was happening, which was al the time that the scooter was powered on but not moving.

I live in Fresno, it's warm, it's nice, I have bike paths and with this I'll never pay for gas again. I'm 170 and zip over to Jiu-jitsu and wherever else on 10 mile round trip rides with zero issues. I go 17 mph, I'm aware of battery, and speed the entire time. And annually this will cost about $40 a year. Thus, I'm not buying another car. (we share one) as I can get to work, to bjj, to workouts, everywhere on this and I generally enjoy riding it.

the battery lasts a long long time. the torque is impressive, it really picks up speed fast. it is sleek, nice looking and works like a charm. the only drawback is the tires are too small and too hard. Wider air filled tires would ne my preference. and a rear shock would be nice.
