This is indeed a resin crank knob! I have an authentic Raytheon crank knob that this was based off of, and when this was painted black....I couldn't tell the difference between the two! It does come in two different pieces, so be sure to drill a hole in both pieces, use epoxy and a metal rod to secure both parts, and you'll be just fine :)

I'm leaning toward a neutral review, but i will mark it as positive. Product was delivered, quality is high and what I asked for. However, the HGA was not drilled and tapped for fittings like the item pic suggests. I messaged him and asked to send it back to be drilled and tapped, even offered to pay postage bith ways. Seller left me on read, no reply.... which is consistent with his pattern of communication: extremely slow to non-existent. Beware of poor communication.
