Being a true fan of Rock&Roll music,I am always sceptical of buying a c.d. released by a new band. This one did not disappoint me.This is a live album recorded in a small club in L.A. by a true Rock&Roll band.Halestorm's gritty sound led by Lzzy Hale's unique vocal style and guitar work is suprizingly refreshing when compared to other bands on the music scene today.Halestorm is paying thier dues and proving that R&R music is still alive. Exciting stuff.I can't wait to see them live and hear more music from Halestorm.
This EP is simply put awesome. Halestorm live and before their debut self-titled record came out. I bought it because I love Halestorm's music and wanted to hear some songs that I've never heard before. There is nothing to dislike about this EP. I'm extremely impressed with it. I've heard other bands' EP before they made it big. This is right up there with the EPs by Flyleaf, Bullet For My Valentine, and Three Days Grace.
This is one fantastic CD great tunes and it was worth every penny.

The lead singer for this band is wicked with her vocals. It's a harsh voice but it gives her extra attitude. Lyrics are a little hard to understand. I enjoy 4/5 of the songs and rock out to it in my car on my way to work. I would have to say that I liked listening to her perfom live and even more solo and was a little disappointed at first by the cd. It only took two times of listening to it and I love it now.
