I first heard the song "In Harmony" on the radio around 1980. (I think) I bought the album for my young stepchildren. I later bought the album for my daughter. They loved it! Now I have purchased 2 CD's - one for a young grandchild and one for a friend's 6 year old child. Both the 6 year old and her father love the CD. He says he plays it in the car - both when they are together and sometimes on his commute to work. That says a lot for this CD - it's timeless! Though it's Sesame Street, it has George Benson, Al Jereau, and other wonderful artists. Not much talking. The song "In Harmony" is still one of my favorite songs - after 30 years.
I love this CD. I used to play this album on end when my oldest child was a baby. If you like cool music that you can listen to with your little ones (or grand little ones) this CD is it!
It's a classis Sesame Street CD. It's been around for quite some time. My whole family has loved it for years....especially Blueberry Pie! Some others like The Best of Elmo and Elmopolooza are favorites too, but definitely not the same.
I was happy to find it on ebay. Remembered it from when my kids were small. Great album for children and parents too

This CD is absolutely fun for any age! The songs are cute enough that kids will like them, but funky or cool enough for mom and dad, too! I had this record when I was in elementary school, and now I'm ordering the CD for my nephew! I still love the song Jelly Man Kelly by James Taylor. I don't care if I'm 34 yrs old! I'd crank it in my car and not be embarrassed.
