The pen is beautiful, but it needed repair. Seller cooperated with me in finding an appropriate repair person, who is going to repair it. I received from Seller a $100 refund, which is very fair. So, although the pen didn't conform to the description entirely, we worked out a very fair solution, and so I am satisfied. Thus, this Seller is an honorable, reasonable person in these types of transactions.
