The Iris rhizome was dead. Comunicated with seller and suggested I plant it and the rhizome should grow. It did not. Rhizome became spongy and the roots were limp with no evidence of viability. Two others of the same variety which were purchased at the same time did show life and have begun to grow. I did communicate this to seller but have not received a response from him. I would like another rhizome if still available otherwise a refund. I will purchase again in the Fall.
