Packed great, delivered on time, cosmetically like new. Laser works, everything seems to be there. There is a REALLY obnoxious whine, as soon as you send the job from Lightburn. Sounds electrical but I'm hoping it's just a clog in the air assist line. Working 60 hour weeks so haven't had the time to really mess with it. Nonetheless, can't beat the price, thanks again!

Packaging was exceptional, directions were very detailed. Adjusting chain gears was tricky but there are excellent videos on YouTube to walk you through that process. All in all this was an excellent purchase!!
