Postal service indicated the item should have been sent as a parcel because it was rigid and oversized. I notified the seller of the problem and he indicated he would look into it from his location and provided an immediate full refund. Seller also said he was going to return the card to me at no charge. Can't ask for a better response than this. Trusted seller with integrity.
