Indeed, it was Lucy's neverending quest to muscle in on her husband's show business career--often with the help of meddlesome next-door neighbors Fred (William Frawley) and Ethel Mertz (Vivian Vance)--that provided the show its main comedic thrust and continues to lend it a timelessly classic appeal. This collection presents all 31 episodes from the ratings-busting second season, including the absolutely hilarious chocolate-factory classic "Job Switching" and the groundbreaking shows revolving around Lucy's pregnancy, which set records for the highest ratings of 1953.

    I Love Lucy is the best!!!!!!

    I love Lucy and these,are the best!!!! I have loved Lucy since I was a child. Lucy is a pioneer for woman being the first to own a movie production studio as well as,her own production company. She is the one who gave Arnold SWARTANAGGER his start here in America and,put him in classes to help him. She's a legend. She's much more than what she shows on screen. There are many reasons to Love Lucy. I'm ordering season 3 right now. I'm getti g a new season every month untill I have collected them all. God Bless everyone.
