There was a problem working with FedEx and Ebay on getting the package. The seller communicated so so well with me. He took the time to reach out to both FedEx abd Ebay, who were both inflexible and unwilling to help resolve the issue with picking up the package from Fedex. I called Fedex several times and was repeatedly given different and inaccurate information. A Fedex letter was recieved today and the package picked up in good condition.
