Received threatening messages after Lindt requesting a refund for an item that had some wires loose. It didn’t work perfectly as described. I would have gladly sent back on my own dime, but the seller began harassing me and accusing me of theft and lying when I didn’t respond right away.

Absolute lies from this buyer they opened a return and closed there own case they chose not to return the item yet state this nobody accused anbody of theft, those mesages of harassment were advising to watch youtube video on how to use there item which is probably why they closed there own request to return the item from there own incompitence on how to use the item item was tested throughly before listing works 100% user error then why did you close your own return request joke of a buyer
