After days of back and forth between the seller and the eBay customer service, I’ve been told I wasn’t able to receive a refund for a damaged item. The record came with damages to the album cover and the record itself had dents on 2 areas. Since neither were able to refund, I’m furious. Will remove this feedback once I’ve received refund from eBay or the seller because it’s frustrating. I’ve had enough of this time-wasting process. I wouldn’t have to if it was packed properly to begin with.
