Anything Midnight Syndicate does is worth purchasing and listening to. If you place the CD on your IPod or other player and place the earbuds/ head phones to your ears, you will get a REAL good experiance. Even without the head phones; the sounds feel real and close. They know how to mix sounds and music to give the listener an experiance of actualy being a part of it. It also gets your mind to thinking. The listener will start to dream of an ancient times, places and experiances. I listen to this type music on a daily basses; it comforts me. I even sometimes use it when meditating; if I am trying to reach a certain state of mind. I would also like to make a reccommendation; if you find that you like Midnight Syndicate then you will also like Nox Arcana. Please; don't wait; go ahead, buy ... Anything Midnight Syndicate does is worth purchasing and listening to. "Born of the Night" and "Realm of Shadows" are both outstanding very early Midnight Syndicate (w/Joseph Vargo - now of Nox Arcana). The 2 CDs are going out of print so one needs to grab them FAST and NOW before they are no longer available. They are soon to be collector's items only. All 4 CDs are wonderfully Gothic, eerie and hauntingly beautiful. The music of Midnight Syndicate will send chills up & down your spine. Perfect for Halloween or anytime of the year you are in the mood for add some creepy ambiance to your surroundings.
