Seller did not research product before listing and it was the wrong model. Was listed as a fitbit 6, but was actually a fitbit 5, which is older, has less features and sells for a lot less. Thankfully, seller did accept my return request, but this could have been avoided if the seller bothered to care about making sure the products were accurate and working. Only gave 2 stars on condition, since he clearly didn't check it ahead of time. Be cautious with this seller.

I admit it I made a honest mistake. I was told it was a Charge 6. The watch works perfectly fine and is in perfect condition but the buyer is blowing it out of proportion saying it doesn't work. I accepted the refund soon as I saw it. Whenever I get the watch back I will list it as a Charge 5
