I almost never leave detailed ratings....Who has the time! But their customer service was so good that I felt compelled to say something. I was shipped the wrong part. It wasn't their fault, though. They asked for my vin number prior to shipping and the part matched the engine size. For whatever reason, Ford used a different fan shroud than what is listed OEM. I messaged PartKing and included pictures. Lisa texted me the same day and we got it sorted out. I got the correct one within 3 days!
