To be honest they did give me a refund. However they tried to tell me it was contingent on me not leaving feedback. First off, the shipping was terrible. Snail mail that went all over the country (2 weeks). Then when it arrived the item that was supposed to be “new” open box. It Was a used broken returned item that was missing parts. They tried to get me to buy the missing parts and take the risk despite that the device was obviously a return. I tried to power it up and the item was DOA.
