"I received a defective item that is one inch shorter trunk in weight than it should be. The item was folded for shipping, which caused creases that won't go away. The area with the logo stitching has bubbled up and looks tacky. I contacted the seller to try to resolve the issue, but he wasn't being helpful. He doesn't speak English very well, so communication is difficult."
