I’m pretty sure I got sent the wrong chain. I compared it to my current chain. It is completely different is correct and the other one is totally a different style. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m extremely upset. You need to be a little more professional and have your parts organized correctly. This is a very vital part to my car which could lead to Engine damage

No doubt that we have been in timing chain field for over 25 years.
In this case, we saw some in all car maker, the used same engine code , even same part numbers, but sometimes they might changed their supplier or minor amendement, but keep the same part numbers. Or sometime same engine used in Nissan and Infiniti, all the same but length of chain with 2 links different.
This engine code VK56VD, we supplied a lot, the small chain is for oil pump for sure.
