Purchased on Oct 29 and tracking showed shiped on Nov 2. That is a week? Buyer left a negative review simply because the discount we offered was not "enough" and buyer wanted more. Without further communication, buyer then left a negative feedback stating us not care about the issue. Item is 30-day free return which there's plenty of time. It definitely feels that buyer damaged the item but trying to blame us for it. Definitely a negative buyer.
