I ordered a 2008-2011 rack. They shipped a 2003-2007 rack. The box had no packaging material and holes in both ends. Both hydraulic lines are bent and one will need to be replaced. Seller will not respond to multiple emails and requires the customer to pay return shipping. This is a deterrent to make you keep the incorrect part. I could have bought this incorrect part cheaper elsewhere. Seller has many bad feedback ratings and obviously eBay is ok with it. Find a different seller.

The item came very quickly even despite the bad weather conditions we were having at the time. The seller was very professional and making sure that I got my item on time and communicating with me the whole way. The item looks brand new as it does on the pics online. Have an installed the equipment yet but looks very promising. If everything goes well, I would definitely buy from this seller again. They get 5 stars in my book!

I order the part that the seller was advertising. It appeared to be of high quality and appeared to match the OEM PART I was wanting to replace in my Truck. Because of that, I was willing to pay $50 for it. However, when I got received the part, it was nothing like what the seller advertised. It looks like a nock-off version. I had to piece the thing together myself and supply my own wire. The seller is misleading customers through false advertising. They refuse to respond to my messages.
