The instructions were not clear as to how to assemble and looked more to be a schematic than instructions the turner was broken when arrived and box was in excellent condition whoever packed it did not pay attention to detail of its broken state and when I sent a request for replacement they ask for pictures of the box to blame the shipper when they had not even taken care of their own handling issues and offered $5 and that I might find the pritaroy part locally to repair myelf, poor product!
