I was ensured the part was in good working order. After receiving the part I painted to match my interior. I then installed the part to find the buckle had a error code which made the airbag light stay on. I contacted the seller to see about a return and was accused of lying about the condition of the item but would be offered a refund if it was in its original condition. I then clean the vinyl which removed their purple markings was then accused of trying to send back another buckle and lying.

The buyer said they painted the unit Black. they later said they cleaned it back to gray but there were none of our markings on the unit. they had a screen shot of a code but could not verify if it was from the old or new buckle. a full refund had been offered but they had altered the part to the point we could not verify if it was ours or theirs. said he bought from dealer $200. very defensive buyer and took everything as an accusation. some people you just better off not dealing with them.
