I put it into my car and it brought up a red light on the dash saying there’s a transmission fault. I THINK it’s because you need to unplug the battery to get rid of the factory settings so the car will learn the parameters of the new MAF sensor (I read this up online). I haven’t done it yet though because I am a little wary about resetting the factory settings. I put my old MAF sensor back and it worked back normally though. Bad Mass Air Flow Sensor from China
I have received the Mass Air Flow Sensor made in China and I had my technician install it and it did not work. I ended up going to Autozone paid about $180 for the new Mass Air Filter Sensor made in Mexico. Worked great!

I installed it and the transmission warning light came on and stays on. The rpm is erratic and the transmission doesn’t work smoothly au contraire it bocks
