DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I bought a set of MGP caliper covers from tuner-store. When I received the box it wasn't taped shut. I opened it and noted the clips were missing. I contacted them and got an "out of the office until" reply. When they did reply they said they would contact MGP. Then after a few days they said MGP hadn't responded. ROUND AND ROUND! I contacted Ebay for help to return them. Then they said MGP hadn't sent them a return label! WHAT? I didn't buy them from MGP!

We send the return shipping label to the customer and they never shipped it back. Our guess that they want to keep the brackets and return the caliper covers back. We only sell new unopened items.

BEWARE of EBAY THIEVES! Placed 2 separate orders for 2 sets of brake pads for each order on DECEMBER 06, 2023 and received notice of manufacture has discontinued the part number on FEBRUARY 12, 2024!
You do the math? But, in my opinion that is inexcusable, unprofessional, unethical, and illegal! You collected interest on my $636.04 for 69 days! And you offer nothing in return but sorry! This is pathetic! If I can call HAWK brakes manufacturer and receive an answer within an hour, so can you!

The part was discontinued by HAWK right before it was due to ship to the customer, the listing had 40 DAYS LEAD TIME! We issued a FULL refund to the customer and apologized on behalf of HAWK BRAKES. There is no need to threaten our staff with your emails. Thank you!
