After I ordered it I found out it would not fit my vehicle’s trim and cancelled 5 minutes after it was ordered. Reviewing the order and the box, it does say DWS-687 but the contents in the box are not having the rocker at the bottom and the required form-factor for replacement in my 2008 Mazda Tribute. I could not get it to fit stock corolla muffler system
The "V" grove of the clamps is too narrow. The two flanges of the pipes it connects together are too thick to fit into the grove. Believe me, I worked and worked on it because the car is up on blocks and I don't want to take it down, drive with disconnected muffler to dealer to get OEM clamp, which has a wide enough groove. I gave two stars instead of one, because it must work with walker systems and it is a very beefy clamp, looking far stronger than the OEM part. Plus it has two heavy bolts and two pieces, superior in my opinion to the OEM clamp in this regard. Perhaps the fault is the advertiser who didn't qualify this part as for walker muffler systems only. If that had been the case, it is a 5 star clamp, that is, if it does in fact fit walker muffler systems.The "V" grove of the clamps is too narrow.
