This seller took full payment of $112.00 usd for a purchase of a Radiator & Condensor. When the item arrived only the Radiator came. On top of it I had to pay duties on a foriegn currency purchase totalling $202.00 usd as I live in Barbados. Now the seller only wants to give me an $80 as a refund which i wont accept. How is this business still allowed to do business on ebay. Deceptive & Dishonest Seller Don't undertand how ebay is allowing this to go on!

I sorted items to order the part I needed “nearest me” I am in Florida this item stated there was only 1 left available and it was shipping from a warehouse in Georgia which would take about 2 days to me.
I did this because my car was not drivable!
Well that was not the case it
Took a week and the listing was false about the item location I know this because it shipped from Ontario CA!!
So item location false it seems they shipped the item from the place furthest possible. False ad!
