Seller put wrong address on label, they put their own address as sender and receiver, which caused a delay. I was unable to reach ups by phone, kept getting routed to online that did not have a category to help. So I had to take time off my schedule, wait til they open at 10:30 to see if my package wad there. It was and the rep told me I would have never received ! I sent a message to seller he has yet to respond thus this feedback. An acknowledgment & apology would've been appropriate at least!

Seller advertise something that I purchase and when I received what I purchased it was something totally different. What I don't understand why would someone advertise something that they have for sale and then send you something totally different and no matter how you look at it it was not what I was looking at on his web page. So he gets a zero from me a negative from me for doing that to me and I'm sure they knew better.

I needed this part fast so I bought from this vendor since shipping was estimated to arrive in 3-5 days. Instead it shipped from the opposite coast from me and took 8 days. On top of that the "new" part turned out to be reburbished. This vendor has had numerous negatives over both issues. To pull shenanigans like that when it comes to selling quickly needed parts is plainly unethical and I will absolutely scorch this vendor on all car related online communities and social media I'm a part of.
