Original handling time was very high but after an email to the seller the rim was mailed out fairly quickly, albeit not super well packaged -- I would have expected it to be bubble-wrapped to prevent any damage in transit, as opposed to just being in a cardboard box. All in all, happy everything worked out! :-)
