Hello. I have a small problem. I attempted today to install front shocks. After removal of one, i compared and wasnt the same. Enclosing pics. I would like to return these front shocks, and repurchase from you the complete set. Shocks and springs for 04 explorer xlt. 4.0L. The problem is where the boxes they were shipped in got hauled to trash. If purchase new set, i can return these in those boxes. Were not supposed to be thrown out, but they were. I noticed u got a set for $127 to let go.
