Glow plug was defective and the tip fell into the engine when installed. I was unaware & started the engine for about 5 seconds. The damage was already done & repairs cost $10k. I sent the seller a picture of the defective plug & requested a refund. Seller would only refund if the part was shipped back, but I need the part to contact ACDelco to see if they will help offset repair costs. Disappointed I m out $10k for engine repairs but the seller couldn t offer up a $35 refund w/out the plug back
