Seller is pretty fast with preparing your order for shipping, but cheap when it comes to shipping. Instead of shipping with FedEx or UPS, my package was delivered through USPS. The product was pretty much in new condition. Everything works properly. The glass mirror seems kinda cheap looking & the Mercedes Benz light logo was missing from mirror. It came with a bright clear light
