Purchasing a Drivers Universal CNC Motircycle Footrest from photo & model selection the product arrived quickly with incomplete CNC work. Also lacked 2 attachment pins in the kit. I contacted seller and was offered 30% discount, then 50% discount, and finally full repayment. I simply requested for the priduct as advertised. The seller was very helpful and disappointed product not up to spec. I subsequently found an engineer anf paid more for the product be re-engineered. Overall result good.
